What’s Up With Us! is a monthly webinar hosted by attorney members of the Real Property Law Section of the California Lawyers Association. Each session features the summary and analysis of three to four recent California or Federal appellate cases that could potentially impact real estate law practice statewide. The hosts also discuss relevant legislation and provide practical tips as needed.

Audience members are encouraged to ask clarifying questions and contribute their insights to enrich the discussion. Additionally, each webinar includes an interview with a prominent figure in the real estate legal community. These interviews aim to expose the audience to the diverse substantive fields of real estate law, including litigation, dispute resolution, transactional law, and the various practices such as corporate, government, private, and judiciary. Guests often share their perspectives on the cases discussed. 

Lastly audience members are informed of upcoming educational and networking opportunities offered by the Real Property Law Section.
