Jennifer is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the California Board of Legal Specialization. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Lawyers Association (TEXCOM) and on the Board of Trustee of the Silicon Valley Bar Association.  

Ryan Szczepanik is a Senior Wealth Strategist with BNY Wealth. He works closely with families, business owners, corporate executives, and their advisors to provide trusts, estates, and tax services. Prior to joining BNY Wealth, Ryan was a Shareholder at Hartog, Baer & Hand, A.P.C., and an attorney at King & Spalding LLP. He is a California Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. He is a Member of the Executive Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Lawyers Association (TEXCOM). He received a BA in Economics from Amherst College; a JD from Emory Law School, where he received the Dean’s Award for Trusts and Estates; and a Certificate from Harvard Law School’s Executive Education Accelerated Leadership Program.
