Certified Accredited Attorney. She is a Member of the California Lawyers Association, Trusts and Estates Executive Committee (TEXCOM), former President of the Southern California National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Chairperson of the Board of Directors for Palomar Health Medical Group, Member of the Board of Directors for Southern Caregiver Resource Center, and contributing author and editor for CEB (Continuing Education of the Bar’s) Trusts & Estates practice guide. She also serves as a Court Appointed Attorney and Guardian Ad Litem in the Superior Court of San Diego County, California.
Ms. McGhee focuses her practice in the areas of trust litigation, estate planning, trust administration, elder law, probate, conservatorships, long-term care planning, and asset protection.
