Angelina Ray is a Certified Family Law Specialist and the owner of Pacem Tempestate Law, APC, where she has served clients across California since 2017. With nearly a decade of legal experience, she is known for her deep expertise in complex family law matters, including high-conflict custody disputes, spousal support, DVROs, and minor’s counsel appointments. She serves as President of the Sacramento County Bar Association and is a strong advocate for mentorship, diversity, and access to justice in the legal community.
In addition to her litigation practice, Angelina sits as a Judge Pro Tem in Sacramento and Yolo counties, where she presides over settlement conferences, small claims, and traffic matters. Her background includes a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s in American Government, grounding her legal work in a holistic understanding of families and systems. Angelina is also the organizer of statewide CLE programs and conferences focused on trial advocacy and child-centered family law practices. Her work is defined by service, excellence, and an unwavering commitment to protecting children and vulnerable communities.
