Webinar: Integrating Family Law and Tort Actions in Domestic Abuse Cases
October 1 @ 12:00 pm – 1:15 pm
1.25 Participatory MCLE Credits
Identifying and understanding available tort remedies is not only in your client’s best interest, but also your professional ethical obligation. An unwary family law practitioner may unintentionally waive claims, blow a statute of limitations, or otherwise compromise a client’s interests. Learn the available tort remedies, strategies to litigate the civil claims within the family court or a separate civil case, and protect your client’s rights.
