Lily Walden Givens and Jennifer Campbell will review common issues that real property can cause during post death administration, in both the trust and probate contexts, as well as ongoing trust administration. In addition, Lily and Jennifer will include in their presentation suggestions to avoid or minimize these issues.

Jennifer Campbell is a partner in the Private Wealth Services Group at Holland & Knight. She graduated from UC San Francisco College of the Law (previously known as UC Hastings College of the Law), cum laude. Since graduation, Jennifer has focused her practice in the private wealth management area and has practiced in a variety of settings, large, regional, and boutique law firms, as well as the legal departments of BNY Mellon and Union Bank. Jennifer has held a Martindale AV rating for over twenty years and has served on the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Executive Committee. In addition, Jennifer frequently writes and speaks on trusts and estates topics.
Lilian Walden Givens is senior counsel at Loeb & Loeb LLP in the Private Client group. Since graduating from law school, Lilian has practiced exclusively in the area of trusts and estates, with a focus on contested matters, including probate guardianships and conservatorships. In addition to her litigation practice, Lilian handles a range of administrative matters in the context of both trust and probate administrations. Lilian is on the board of the Beverly Hills Estate Planning Council, and has been named to the Best Lawyers: One to Watch list in Trusts & Estates Litigation (2023-2025) and as a “Rising Star” in Trust & Estate Litigation (2024-2025).
