Samuel Plainfield holds two vendor-neutral certifications in forensics and has been studying computers and technology since 1993. He testifies in both state and federal cases and works on both civil and criminal matters. Plainfield volunteers at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View as part of the Restoration Team of the fully restored and operational IBM 1401 computer from 1959.
