This webinar will provide attorneys with a practical overview of discovery in arbitration cases. The speakers will explain the discovery tools commonly available under arbitration rules, how to use them effectively, and the pitfalls to avoid. Attendees will learn how to identify and apply appropriate discovery tools, avoid common mistakes, and confidently navigate arbitration discovery.

Jason Whooper became an attorney in 2011 and founded a law firm named W Law in San Diego. He devotes his time to helping employees with wage and hour claims against employers. Since 2021, Jason obtained 6 successful wage and hour arbitration awards for employees, collectively grossing over $7 million in recovery from those awards. Jason recently completed 2 additional wage and hour arbitrations in the fourth quarter of 2025 and expects to receive those rulings in early 2026. Jason has also settled many other arbitration matters. Jason believes that building a successful case in arbitration starts and ends with discovery.
