Drawing on 16+ years of corporate legal experience, I provide strategic legal guidance and partner with leadership to navigate complex regulatory frameworks. Working closely with teams across departments, I focus on developing practical solutions in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, HR strategy, and contract and litigation management. My industry experience spans technology, supply chain, retail, manufacturing, transportation and food & beverage sectors.
As a volunteer Advisor to the California Lawyers Association’s Labor & Employment Section, I have the privilege of contributing to the Inhouse Practitioner’s Program. Working alongside talented HR professionals and In-House counsel, we focus on building capabilities that help create more inclusive and legally sound workplaces.
Outside of my professional role, I find joy in spending time with family and friends, building and designing living spaces, and spending time with my toy poodle – experiences that help maintain perspective and balance.
