Tom Ventrone

Tom Ventrone is responsible for the oversight of the administration and management of all arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution cases filed within the Commercial and Construction divisions of the AAA’s Southeast Case Management Center (SECMC-Atlanta) as well as its international division, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR-NY). This includes the direct supervision of senior staff, including attorneys, who provide high quality, case-management services to parties, counsel, and arbitrators/mediators who participate in the process. His responsibility includes providing support to the AAA-ICDR roster of arbitrators, case counsel and parties, prominent members of the arbitration community, and the SECMC and ICDR staff. In addition to his role as the manager of the Center activities, Tom maintains a leadership position as a member of the AAA-ICDR operations management team, working with fellow vice presidents and senior management to develop, refine, and promote the service offerings of the AAA-ICDR. He has also served as a staff facilitator for Arbitrator training sessions and is a trained mediator. Education Brooklyn Law School, Brooklyn, NY, J.D. Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ, B.A. 

Yanett Quiroz Valdovinos

Yanett Quiroz Valdovinos is the Vice President of the ICDR-AAA, overseeing outreach and development for Mexico, Canada, the Central and Western United States, and for the Energy sector. She is located in the Houston office. Before becoming a Vice President, she was Director of the ICDR-AAA for almost ten years and provided case-management services to parties and clients worldwide. Yanett is an attorney licensed in Mexico. She holds a Law degree and an International Master’s degree from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico. She is a member of the Mexican Bar (BMA) and of the National Association of Corporate Counsel (ANADE). From 2006 to 2014, she served as the Secretary-General for the Mediation and Arbitration Commission of the Mexico City National Chamber of Commerce (CANACO). While in Mexico, she taught ADR at Universidad La Salle, Universidad Panamericana, and Universidad Anahuac. She has also been invited to the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico as a professor. She has participated as a speaker in several conferences related to mediation and arbitration and has written articles on the same topics. 

Erin Brennan

Erin Brennan currently serves as a Director on the Operations team of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), in the Los Angeles office. In that role she administers international arbitration cases. She joined the ICDR after earning her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Southern California in May 2024. Before pursuing her LL.M., Erin practiced law for over a decade, actively participating in several legal and community organizations, including the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. 

Fernanda Flores

Fernanda Flores is the Director of ADR Services for ICDR North America. She manages international arbitration cases and overseas operations in Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Her career includes experience in mediation, legal practice, and legal services in both Brazil and the United States, with an academic background highlighted by a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Southern California. 

Gary L. Benton

Gary L. Benton, C.Arb, F.CIArb, FCollArb. is an internationally recognized Arbitrator based in Palo Alto, California. He focuses on cutting-edge US and cross-border technology disputes involving tech development, licensing, corporate transactions and emerging growth technologies, including cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, A.I., and quantum computing matters. He serves on various AAA-ICDR Panels and the panels of other leading international arbitral institutions in the US, Europe, and Asia. Gary is the founder of the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC), the nonprofit serving the global technology sector, and also the founder of California Arbitration, Inc. (CalArb.org), the nonprofit advancing international arbitration in California. Gary is the Co-Chair of the CLA Litigation Section International Arbitration and ADR Subcommittee. He is the announced recipient of the 2025 CLA ADR Hall of Fame Award. In addition to his arbitration practice, Gary teaches international arbitration at Santa Clara University.  

Marcus Quintanilla

Marcus Quintanilla serves as arbitrator, mediator, and counsel in domestic and international disputes.  A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he works primarily on cases in the construction, energy, and technology sectors, and on complex commercial matters.  He handles cases in English and Spanish and is comfortable working on cases governed either by Common Law or Civil Law.  He maintains arbitration chambers in San Francisco, Houston, and Miami.   

Marcus comes to neutral work after a 20-year career as an advocate focused on international arbitration and cross-border litigation.  As a partner in a leading international disputes firm, his clients ranged from multinational energy companies, closely-held family businesses, and global leaders in mining, infrastructure, semiconductors, and consumer brands.  

Marcus is on the arbitrator rosters of the ICDR, the AAA’s Commercial and Construction divisions, and the Energy Disputes Arbitration Center in Ankara, Turkey.  He teaches international arbitration at UC Davis Law School and serves in a range of professional groups including the ABA’s Forum on Construction Law, California Arbitration (CalArb), the Houston International Arbitration Club (HIAC), the Miami International Arbitration Society (MIAS), and the Club Español e Iberoamericano del Arbitraje (CEIA).
