Brandon N. Krueger is a shareholder in Sall Spencer Callas & Krueger, A Law Corporation.  Mr. Krueger’s practice has focused primarily on cases involving legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duties and legal ethics for almost 10 years. 
 
Mr. Krueger received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin Madison, and he graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center.  While in law school, Mr. Krueger worked with the Judiciary Committee of the United States Senate.  Mr. Krueger practiced employment law for two years in Wisconsin before moving to California, where he initially focused on business litigation at a boutique litigation firm in Century City.  Since approximately 2005, Mr. Krueger has focused his practice on legal ethics and malpractice cases, both through his own firm, Krueger Law Offices, and with The Sall Law Firm, APC.  He joined Sall Spencer Callas & Krueger as a shareholder in 2014. 
 
Mr. Krueger has served as an fee arbitrator through the Orange County Bar Association’s Mandatory Fee Arbitration program.  He has been a member of the Peter M. Elliot Inn of Court since 2010.  
 
Mr. Krueger has served as lead or co-counsel in numerous complex professional negligence and legal ethics-related litigations, throughout the State of California. He is admitted to practice in all courts in California.

Katja Loeffelholz is a Registered Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).  Katja’s practice focuses on counseling and representing clients on all aspects of trademark, trade dress, copyright and related issues. Katja’s experience covers all aspects of these areas of law, including practice before the USPTO, counseling on protection, licensing and acquisition of intellectual property, and enforcement matters. She also advises clients on the adoption and availability of trademarks and service marks both domestically and internationally. Katja is also licensed to practice as a patent attorney before the USPTO.

Adam Sterling is the Assistant Dean for Executive Education and Revenue Generation and the Executive Director of the Berkeley Center for Law and Business at Berkeley Law. In addition to his administrative duties, Adam teaches courses and oversees research on topics including venture finance, corporate governance, and ESG. 
 
Previously he was a startup and venture capital attorney at Gunderson Dettmer and the co-founder and director of the Sudan Divestment Task Force and Conflict Risk Network. Adam’s writings and work have appeared extensively in the press; including contributions to The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, and The New York Times. He has appeared on a number of broadcast news programs, including CNN’s Situation Room and CNBC’s Street Signs.
