Jenny L. Doling has been licensed to practice law in California and Nevada for over two decades. Her practice focuses solely on bankruptcy, debt relief, and tax resolution. Jenny has filed over 7,000 cases. She has successfully represented clients in numerous important appeals wherein her advocacy has resulted in overturning of lower court rulings. She earned her LL.M. in Taxation at the University of San Diego, School of Law and is admitted to all State and Federal Courts in California and Nevada, as well as the U.S. Tax Court. She is also admitted to the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals.

David M. Goodrich is a member of the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Panel of Trustees, appointed by the Office of the United States Trustee, serving in the Los Angeles Division of the Central District of California (2011 to present).David M. Goodrich has represented bankruptcy trustees, large financial companies, distressed businesses, secured and unsecured creditors, unsecured creditor committees, receivers, and commercial litigants throughout California since 2000. Mr. Goodrich focuses on representation of fiduciaries in bankruptcy cases, receiverships and general assignments.

Kyle E. Yaege’s practice is dedicated to business, real estate, and lending law involving a wide variety of transactions and disputes, including; purchase and sale transactions, commercial leasing, partnership and business entity formation and management, construction management, professional licensing, commissions and earnest money disputes, mechanics liens, loan liquidation, lease and loan workouts, and foreclosure proceedings. He has successfully defended multi-million-dollar litigation filed against businesses and property owners, obtained six figure settlements and awards for numerous injured plaintiffs, negotiated contracts totaling in the multiple millions of dollars, and facilitated the successful formation, operation, and dissolution of numerous multi-million-dollar businesses in the construction, manufacturing, hospitality, and retail sectors.
