Third Party: Advanced Family Law Course 2025

June 6 @ 8:30 am June 8 @ 4:00 pm

Hosted by the California Family Law Report (CFLR)

CFLR will present the biennial Advanced Family Law Course (AFLC) in June 2025. This comprehensive and intensive program showcases an all-star faculty of justices, judges, and lawyers.

AFLC is designed for experienced family law practitioners looking to fortify their knowledge, as well as attorneys new to family law looking to set themselves apart from their peers. It is also a “must” for those preparing to take the Certified Family Law Specialist Exam. Our expert faculty will provide test-taking tips and suggestions on how to improve your study skills. Attendees will take a practice exam that will be reviewed at the end of the course.

The program will consist of 6 days (33 hours) of webcast presentations and 13+ hours of on-demand lectures, plus an additional 30.5 hours of optional, video-on-demand lectures. These video lectures can be accessed at any time and any place after the webcast on Day 6, so that you can review exam topics or focus on particular substantive areas at your convenience. This State Bar-approved course will satisfy the entire educational requirement for Family Law Specialist certification (or recertification).

Past attendees, as well as first-timers, will benefit from AFLC’s guidance on complex family law issues and review of new developments in the field. This is truly a “don’t miss” event!
