Pre-Registration Deadline: The deadline to pre-register is May 5, 2025
Cancellations/Refunds: Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than May 5, 2025 and are subject to a 10% service fee. Refunds will not be available after May 7, 2025.
