What you eat and how you carry physical stress can play a large and important role in your overall health and well being. Being dysregulated as a result of physical stress can negatively effect all aspects of our lives. During this presentation, Dr. Brian Muthyala will teach you about the measurable physiological effects of stress and trauma. You will learn important ways to mitigate these effects. During Part Two, Dr. Antonella Aguilera Ruiz will explain the food/brain connection and provide helpful tips to let your food help put you in the best position to be healthy and successful.
