May 7 @ 12:00 pm 1:00 pm

Free event! Self-study credit available.

Presented by the Cannabis Practitioners Group and the Law Practice Management and Technology Section.

AI is becoming more and more ubiquitous in the legal services industry, including for attorneys serving clients in the legal cannabis industry. This session will focus on helping these lawyers understand the current state of play in the development of AI and how they can use it in their practices, as well as how their clients are already using AI tools and what unique risks this introduces. We will also address the ethical thicket that AI use creates for lawyers and tips on navigating through it.
