Bill Tracking 101 with Blaine R. Dyas – April 12, 2026, noon

Join Blaine Dyas, Co-Chair of the ELS Legislation Committee and former Legislative Counsel extern, for a quick presentation on some tips and tricks for tracking bills as they percolate through the legislative process. We will learn how to track amendments, parse bill analyses, view hearings remotely, and more. Blaine is a former civil and aerospace engineer and is currently an associate attorney at Remy Moose Manley where he practices environmental and land use law with a strong focus on CEQA.
