2025 Diversity & Inclusion Fellowship Recipients
The Environmental Law Section is happy to announce the recipients of the 2025 Diversity & Inclusion Summer Fellowship! Every year, the Section grants a number of fellowships to bright and motivated law students to help finance their summer job practicing environmental, energy, land use, and/or natural resources law at a participating government agency or public interest organization. The Section also matches the Fellows with mentors who practice in the field, and provides webinars, career panels, get-togethers and more, so the Fellows can meet other Section members and attorneys. And to cap it all off, the Section invites Fellows to attend the Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite® in October, with free conference registration. In other words, it is a wonderful way for the Fellows to enter the world of environmental law in California, start developing their skills, and form life-long connections. The fellowship program is designed to help foster diversity within the Section, and is open to students from any law school (from California and other states as well), as long as they are interested in practicing law in California. You can learn more about the fellowship and its sponsors on the Section website.
