Dominic Ledda has been an associate attorney in Hanna Brophy’s San Jose office since 2019. He earned undergraduate degrees in political science and history with minors in classical studies and classical language from Santa Clara University. He graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2018 with honors and a high tech law certificate. During law school, he was the managing editor of the Santa Clara Journal of International Law and was a quarterfinalist in the internal honors moot court competition.

Zachary Kweller is a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law and started his own firm in 2024, where he represents injured workers. Prior to that, he worked for a large Applicant Attorney firm for 5 years. Zachary has written for the Workers’ Compensation Quarterly and a frequent speaker for leading organizations, including the California Applicant Attorneys’ Association (CAAA). He currently serves as President of the CAAA East Bay Chapter and is on its Board of Directors, and is a member of the Executive Committee for the Workers’ Compensation Section of the California Lawyers Association.

Hon. James Finete

Judge Finete was born and raised in San Diego, graduating from the University of San Diego with a B.A. before graduating from Santa Clara Law as a Public Interest Legal Scholar. He is certified as a specialist in workers’ compensation. His defense practice included representation of municipalities, CIGA, Self-Insurers’ Security Fund, self-insured private employers, professional sports teams, and non-profit organizations in workers’ compensation, labor and subrogation proceedings, as well as acting city attorney in criminal proceedings. After 25 years of legal practice, he is now a workers’ compensation judge at the Anaheim District Office, and at the Van Nuys District Office before that.
