Scholarship Opportunity
The CLA Real Property Law Section is proud to invite you to the 2026 Real Property Law Retreat. The Retreat will feature a dynamic mix of MCLE seminars on real property law and specialty credits, along with opportunities for business networking and outdoor experiences.
This year’s program will be held at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California, from May 14–17, 2026.
The Real Property Law Section is pleased to offer five Law Student Scholarships and five New Lawyer Scholarships for the 2026 Retreat. Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis, so we encourage interested applicants to apply early. This opportunity is available to law students and new lawyers with fewer than eight years of practice. Please note that Real Property Section Members will receive priority consideration.
Approved scholarships provide complimentary admission to the Retreat. Please note that scholarship recipients are responsible for arranging their own transportation and lodging. A room block has been reserved at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite, and attendees are encouraged to book early to secure accommodations at the group rate.
