Environmental law represents a highly varied area of legal practice. In this month’s Chairs’ Corner, ELS Chair Peter Ton invites 2016 ELS Chair Osha Meserve to provide an overview of water law practice for environmental attorneys in California. Osha will discuss topics including water rights, supply planning, and quality illustrated with examples from administrative water rights proceedings.
