Presented by the Health and Wellness Committee.
Almost all patients have the same diseases. First comes obesity, then hypertension, then pre-diabetes & diabetes. Some skip the obesity part, but are still hyperensive and diabetic. These are the gateway diseases to atheroslcerosis. Atherosclerosis plugs up arteries in the heart and brain to kill them. It also degenerates everything like eyesight, hearing, spine, and the flag pole. It also is connected to causing cancer. It’s easy to avoid obesity, hypertension, diabetes, and atherosclerosis, if you know what to do. The incidence of these diseases is about zero in the countries where people avoid the causes.
