Mindful Mondays Chats

The Business Law Section is excited to announce the launch of Mindful Mondays Chats, beginning Monday, February 23, and continuing every Monday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Mindful Mondays Chats will be hosted on the California Lawyers Association’s online community platform, The Docket, and provide a dedicated space for connection, discussion, and support among Business Law Section members.

Each Monday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, one of our Mindful Mondays Chat Moderators will guide the discussion by introducing a topic or question, or by sharing a video or other helpful resource. These conversations are designed to foster mindfulness, reflection, and meaningful connection, helping us begin each week with intention and balance.

How to Access Mindful Mondays Chats

To participate, you must be logged in to your California Lawyers Association account.

Please follow these steps:

1. Go to the CLA homepage and ensure you are logged in to your account.
2. Click “The Docket” in the top right corner of the homepage.
3. Once inside The Docket, click “Communities” at the top of the page.
4. Select “All Communities.”
5. Scroll down to “Business Law Mindful Mondays.”
6. Click “Request to Join.”

You may see notification setting options when joining; you can ignore those for now. A post inside the community will provide instructions on how to adjust your notification settings, as these chats will be live on Mondays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and you won’t want to miss the great conversation.

These chats will be live every Monday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and we encourage you to join the conversation so you do not miss the opportunity to connect.
