LETTER FROM THE FORMER EDITOR
Written by Nicholas J. Van Brunt*
Dear Readers of the Quarterly:
It has been an honor to serve on the editorial staff of the Quarterly for the last six years, culminating with my year as Editor-In-Chief, which has concluded with me handing off the issue in your hands for finalizing to my successor, partner, and friend, Matt Owens. The Quarterly is in good hands (and certainly more capable ones than mine)!
Our readership is diverseâsome are primarily estate planning attorneys, others focus on estate administration, and still others are involved in private wealth disputes, and some of you do not fit neatly into one box. Hopefully, this issue will meet the goal of ensuring that there is indeed something for everyone. So, let’s get into the content!
