Section Executive Committee Applications Are Now Open! – Apply by March 1, 2026

The Environmental Law Section’s Executive Committee is now accepting applications for three-year terms beginning Fall 2026. Participation on the Executive Committee is a terrific way to contribute to the practice of environmental law in California, expand your network with other environmental professionals throughout the state, bring new ideas to the volunteer leadership, and refine your knowledge of environmental law.

Section Executive Committees play a vital role in carrying out a Section’s basic functions while also acting as an important pillar in the overall structure of the California Lawyers Association. In addition to handling fundamental responsibilities behind the scenes, such as budgeting and strategic planning, executive committees also collaborate on delivering programs, publications, services, and benefits to Section members.
