Join us for a call with one of the co-authors of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the California Privacy Rights Act. Privacy professionals have a lot of questions as to why certain provisions of the CCPA were written the way they were, and this will be an opportunity to ask Rick what he and his cohorts were thinking during the drafting sessions.

Richard “Rick” Arney is the co-author of the CCPA. He served as Managing Director at BlackRock as a Senior Investment Strategist and Legislative Analyst with the California State Senate. He received a BA in economics from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
