2025 Trial Skills Update Seminar

The 2025 Trial Skills Update is a one-day, in-person program designed to sharpen core courtroom skills and elevate trial practice for litigators at all levels. This annual event brought together leading trial attorneys, judges, and legal educators for a day of hands-on learning and expert insights.
Participants gained practical tools and strategies through engaging sessions covering topics such as voir dire, opening statements, cross-examination, evidentiary issues, and closing arguments. The program also included live demonstrations, panel discussions, and opportunities to connect with peers in the litigation community.

**Lawyers practicing law for three years or less and Law Students are invited to join the California Lawyers Association (CLA) for free.
The deadline to pre-register is November 1, 2025.
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than November 1, 2025 and are subject to a 10% service fee. Refunds will not be available after November 1, 2025.
