The determinants of aging include both cellular nutrient density and retained toxicity. The most powerful anti-cancer foods also offer protection against heart attacks, strokes, and dementia. Foods rich in plant-based proteins especially greens, beans, nuts, and seeds – help regulate metabolic markers that reduce the risk of cardiovascular-related death.

Speaker: Dr. Joel Fuhrman
