Free Webinar: Blue Zones: Where People Forget to Die

The purpose of this lecture is to enlighten attendees on the science behind the world’s longest living and healthiest populations known as the Blue Zones and compare them to our current dysfunctional healthcare system. The Blue Zones serve as a powerful model for how to live healthier, longer lives. The primary objective is to educate and encourage individuals to understand and adopt these proven principles in their own lives and become advocates for preventative health.

Dr. Mark Hammond is an internal medicine physician with almost 40 years of experience. He’s co-founder of Inpatient Physicians of the Mid-South, one of the largest independent hospitals and long-term care groups in the country. Dr. Hammond practiced in Memphis, Tenn., during most of his career and has served as a medical expert in numerous jurisdictions around the country.
