This session designed especially for those who are seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. This session will provide practical techniques to enhance mind-body coordination and promote effective breathing. Participants will learn simple yet effective stretches, and poses that can be performed at their desk, minimizing tension and improving focus. By integrating mindfulness and movement, attendees will discover how to relieve stress, enhance concentration, and promote overall well-being. Our objectives is to empower lawyers with tools to maintain balance in their demanding profession, ultimately improving productivity and mental clarity.
Mona Ness is an International Yoga Therapist and Instructor with 20 years of experience in teaching. She received her Optometry degree from the University of Buskerud in Norway in 1992. Her extensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology helped her to assist the community of older adults around in Orange County and after pandemic on online zoom sessions.
