InReach Content Performance Report – MCLE Catalog
<< Back to Leadership Resources
The Content Performance Report is a report that provides an overview of the sales for the MCLE content through InReach, our Learning Management System. This report is provided at the beginning of each month and covers the previous month’s data. It is a helpful tool for evaluating the success of all content.
The report includes the following details:
- Content Sold: A list of educational content from each section that was sold during the reporting period. This helps identify which topics and webinars are most in demand.
- Please note that the report reports ALL sales, which may include Live Webinars, OnDemand Webinars, CLE2Go (Podcast) and MCLE Self Study Articles.
- Net Revenue: This section shows the gross income from sales before deducting any fees, including credit card processing fees, InReach’s fees, and adjustments for gift card usage. It provides a clear view of the financial performance of our educational offerings.
- The final revenue report is provided monthly, and a memo is shared with the Section Managers of how much the section made for that month.
- Number of Registrants: The total number of individuals who paid for the content. This metric is crucial for understanding the reach and engagement of our educational programs.
During the first week of December, the full year is then pulled to provide a comprehensive annual review of what programs are performing well, and to understand which programs are not.
