I’m having trouble registering. How do I register?

Registration requires logging in with your CLA account credentials. If you don’t have a CLA account, you’ll need to create one before you can register.

Online registration ends September 4, 2025. After that point, you can register onsite. To request assistance or accommodations, please contact 916-516-1712 or email ProgramRegistrations@calawyers.org.

How do I select my sessions?

As you go through the checkout process, you’ll be prompted to select your programs. If you registered early before sessions were made available, you can log back into the registration platform and select your programs. Contact CLA if you have questions at ProgramRegistrations@calawyers.org.

Can I update the sessions I select later?

Yes. Please log back into your account to update your sessions.

What payment options are available?

All payments must be made by credit card or debit card through our online registration form. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you need a different payment option, please reach out to ProgramRegistrations@calawyers.org.

How do I purchase tickets or a table for the Sneaker Ball?

To purchase a half or full table, add a minimum of 4 additional guests for a half table or 9 additional guests for a full table, the primary registrant is included in the final count. There are ten seats per table.

I only want to attend the ticketed events. Are there options for that?

Yes, If you only would like to attend the 2025 Sneaker Ball, you may do so HERE.

Where can I learn more about the code of conduct when attending?

The receipt will be emailed to you. Check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.

Will there be a virtual option for this event?

Annual Meeting is an in-person event. However, all CLE driven education will be recorded and available in our Online Catalog after the conclusion of the event. Please allow 4-8 weeks for availability. For any questions, please contact 916-516-1760 or email info@calawyers.org.

How do I cancel my registration?

Registration and/or ticket refund requests must be received no later than September 4, 2025 and are subject to a 10% service charge. Requests should be emailed to ProgramRegistrations@calawyers.org.

How much is the room rate and when does it expire?

CLA room rate is $319/single or double occupancy plus tax. The room rate is available three days before and after the conference, based on room availability. The room rate expires August 20, 2025. There is no resort fee.

Are there transportation to City Walk from the Sheraton Universal?

Yes! You can take Tram by waiting near the bell stand in front of the Sheraton. The Tram runs every 20-30 minutes daily. Confirm with hotel staff for daily hours.

Are there childcare services available at the hotel?

The hotel does not provide childcare, however, many guests use Destination Sitters. They provide sitters for hotels and a sitter will come to you. You may either call them at (888) 748-5439 or go to their website: https://www.destinationsitters.com/.
