Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board Rescind All Remaining Provisions of En Banc Orders nos. 260, 261, and 266

As mentioned in the Voice From The Chair article by Chairman of the CLA Workers’ Compensation Executive Committee, the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board issued an En Banc ruling on March 22, 2023 rescinding all remaining provisions of En Banc Orders numbers 260, 261 and 266, which were issued in response to Governor Gavin Newsom’s declaration of a state of emergency concerning the spread of the novel coronavirus.  For the benefit of our readers, we provide a link where the En Banc decision can be read in full:
