GLENDALE BAR ASSOCIATION—CLE PRESENTATION BY PRESIDING JUDGE ROBERT RASSP AND RANDY POLLAK

On February 24, 2021, Presiding Judge of the Los Angeles District Office of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and past Chair and current advisor to the Workers’ Compensation Section Executive Committee was joined by Randy Pollak, Managing Attorney of Wintersteen | Casarez Law’s Southern California Offices, presented a timely CLE program entitled What’s Hot In Worker’s Compensation Law?    Proposition 22, Gig Workers & COVID Presumptions.”  Presiding Judge Rassp and Mr. Pollak provided a very informative presentation on Proposition 22 and the COVID-19 presumptions.  The well-received presentation was followed by a question and answer session.
