Welcome to the New Editor-in-Chief Misti M. Schmidt
Misti practices in San Francisco with Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass, LLP within exempt organizations, real estate and tax practices. She received her B.A. from Louisiana State University and a J.D. from University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall). Misti is a contributing editor for Law on Purpose and is currently pursuing an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
