In Memorium: Bob McCormick

CLA extends its deepest sympathies to the family, friends, and colleagues of Bob McCormick, who passed away unexpectedly on June 17.

An esteemed member of CLA’s Real Property Law Section, Bob co-authored “Legislative Highlights,” an annual article published in the California Real Property Journal. Bob was also a former recipient of the “Outstanding Journal Submission Award.”

Since 2019, Bob had served on the CLA Real Property Law Section’s Executive Committee. Colleagues often described Bob as an “encyclopedia” of information, happily sharing his knowledge in the realm of corporate and real estate law. He was also a frequent speaker at many continuing education programs.
