The year 2018 is all about federal tax reformâTax Cuts and Jobs Act ("TCJA"). We want our members to have access to technical tax information and analysis that help us gain a better understanding of the statutory revisions and their impact.
Technical articles and CLE-CPE courses are already being offered by the Taxation Section. Much more is on its way. We will also be providing some technical recommendations to the IRS, Treasury, the Joint Committee, Taxpayer Advocate among other government agencies as part of our 2018 Annual DC Delegation.
We look forward to your input and technical thoughts and observations to help the administration of tax generally and all of our 3,500 members along the way. Contact one of the substantive subcommittees for your thoughts and direct participation in this exciting and challenging time as a tax professional.
