Wendy M. Hernandez earned her law degree from the University of California (UC), Hastings College of the Law in May 2020, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Hastings Constitutional Law Journal and Co-President of La Raza Law Students Association. This paper was originally submitted in a Community Economic Development course at UC Hastings, in which Ms. Hernandez earned the highest grade and a CALI award.
