Having a law firm culture is a fancy way of saying your office is socially functional. But what does that mean, and why is it so important to your success?

From East Coast to West, I’ve spoken to thousands of legal professionals over the last few years: ambitious solo attorneys, booming mid-sized firm administrators, recovering biglaw partners, each recounting situations and challenges they have faced in their firms.

Some presented issues related to technology, others marketing or revenue. Obstacles seemingly different in every way had one common theme among them: employee training and office morale.
