For this issue, we have four articles with self-study MCLE credit, as well as a âbonusâ tech tip on some apps for using PACER. The new MCLE article, by Neil Pedersen, covers employee activities that esentially steal time from the employers. In addition, we have some reprinted articles that are still timely, and cover attorneysâ online reputations, law firm fairness issues, and a case study of legal process outsourcing.
As always we are always interested in topics you would like to see in the eTBL. Send suggestions to Mike Fenger at mike.fenger@ceb.ucla.edu; or better still, send us an outline of an article you would like to write! We will be happy to send you article guidelines and work out a submission schedule. We want this to be as useful as possible for the members of the Law Practice Management and Technology section, and you can help us get there.
