The ability to accurately and completely capture and record time spent working on client matters, and then effectively communicate that effort, is a skill that all attorneys need to hone and eventually master. This article is intended to provide you with a roadmap to that mastery. It focuses on both the time capture part of the effort, and then focuses on developing effective ways to record your time for maximum chance of getting paid and minimum exposure to disputed invoices.
