For the December issue, we have a variety of interesting articles, ranging from protecting your confidential information from being disclosed via cyberthreats or even âlow-techâ visual hacking. We also have articles on screening new employees for potential conflicts of interest, dealing with stresses that particularly affect attorneys, drafting retainer agreements, and new updates on legal technology trends.
We want The Bottom Line to be a useful resource for our section members, so if you have an idea for an article you would like to write, or if you just want to give us feedback on existing articles we âve published or an area youâd like to see in The Bottom Line, please feel free to contact us. I can be reached at mike.fenger@ceb.ucla.edu.
