Message from the ChairBy Perry L. Segal

OVERHEAD.

If you’re an employer – or do the books for one – you’re intimately acquainted with this word. Back in the old days before I became an attorney, I used to manage (with a little help from my accountant) my own payroll, partially because as a small business owner, I wanted to acquaint myself with the process. I also administered workers compensation, general insurance, purchasing and even a Keogh plan.

Never again.
