MCLE Self-Study: NEW CALIFORNIA EMPLOYMENT LAWS FOR 2022

A new calendar year generally brings news employment laws in California, and 2022 will be no exception, even though there are perhaps slightly fewer material changes than in preceding years. Discussed below are the new laws of general application for California employers, followed by those particularly applicable to public sector or unionized employers.
