MCLE Self-Study: NEW CALIFORNIA EMPLOYMENT LAWS

Although 2020 was unusual, one constant was that California again enacted numerous new employment laws, many of which were pandemic-related. Discussed below are the new laws of general application for California employers, followed by those particularly applicable to public sector or unionized employers.
