DATA AS THE NEW OIL?
It has been one heck of a year, and while licensing is always close to top of mind, this year has been challenging for obvious reasons. At the same time, the ongoing shelter-in-place restrictions in California have provided ample opportunities to reflect on what is truly important, to consider what remains to be done in my legal career, and to think hard about the licensing trends and challenges of the 2020s.
