Letter from the Chair
Matthew J. Spark
Zuber, Lawler & Del Duca, LLP
Dear Section Member:
My name is Matthew Spark, and in my capacity as Chair of the IP Law Section, I want to welcome you to the California Lawyers Association (CLA)! This is the very first issue of New Matter since the IP Law Section became part of the CLA. While the logo on the cover may have changed, the content of New Matter, our Section’s quarterly publication, continues to provide you with articles on current areas of intellectual property law, updates on our Section and our many Interest Group activities, and an inexpensive way to earn self-study MCLE credits.
