Spotlight on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee

The ADR Committee focuses on domestic and international ADR. With trials delayed, mediation and arbitration have become even more important methods to resolve disputes. The ADR Committee is very active with developments in ADR, webinars and publications.

The Committee has an Executive Committee along with Advisors.  It also currently has five standing subcommittees – Programs, Publications, Relationships, International ADR and Governance.  In addition, this year we are introducing a new Pioneers of ADR in California project and the inaugural ADR Hall of Fame Award.
