Proposed Revisions to CACI Civil Jury Instructions

The Judicial Council is inviting comments on its latest release of proposed revisions to CACI civil jury instructions addressing negligence, assault and battery, right of privacy, economic interference, FEHA, civil rights, equitable indemnity, damages, unlawful detainer, and construction law.  The Litigation Section’s Jury Instructions Committee is currently preparing comments to the proposed changes (all comments are due September 2, 2020).  If you are interested in joining the committee and helping with the review and comment process, or simply providing your own thoughts on the proposals for the committee’s consideration, please contact the committee chair Ben Ginsburg or vice chair Paul Killion.
