Applications Invited to New International ADR Subcommittee

All interested Litigation Section members are invited to apply to join the ADR Committee’s new International ADR Subcommittee, co-chaired by Judge Victor Bianchini, Ret., and Gary L. Benton. The Subcommittee is focused on international arbitration and mediation opportunities for California practitioners and is currently planning programs for California International Arbitration Week, international mediation CLE programs and an international ADR legislative initiative.
